Neighborhoods can be designed around new forms of human-scale
micro-mobility. Today’s e-bike is a promising alternative to move
quicker through the city, but also to go uphill very easily to circulate
through a multi-storey neighborhood.
Platforms with double height space in between horizontally connect duplex-townhouses, each one with a semi-private groundfloor and a private topfloor. The platforms are vertically connected through a series of ramps and lanes and this specific spatial geometry is driven by the logic of micro-mobility.
