The efficiency of the slab typology (solid) is unified with the characteristic green void, creating the architectural identity for the project also with the ‚space between‘. Site-specific axis, building lines and perspectives structure the volume into various blocks and highlight entrances and passages for connectivity, orientation and a sense of community.
The green voids generate a common identity for the neighborhood and strengthen a sense of community. In the current layout, various unit sizes may be arranged also door-to-door on the same floor to foster diversity within the community. The green promenade and voids, the community gardens on level +1 and partially on the roofs will be designed as places for social interaction and biodiversity.
