A mixed-use development and the headquarter of an electric micro mobility manufacturer, including production facilities, offices, residential and a mobility hub. Next to the internal circulation with elevators and stairs the entire building is connected through external spiraling ramps. The building becomes a test track for the prototype development of different electric micro mobility technologies such as e-scooters.
